Simple Wishes, a nursing bra brand, was relying heavily on Facebook campaigns with a 50% discount strategy, yet still only driving 170% ROAS. They were in a constant battle of look-a-like and counterfeit products, and in need of turning their business around.

When it comes to selling products, it’s not just about what you say, but how you say it. To increase conversions, we optimized every stage in the funnel, including Facebook campaigns, on-site email capture, email creative and copy, bundling and cross-selling and more.
Before, the brand was focused on defensive discounts. Instead, we created a harder working, cohesive funnel that told both the functional and emotional story behind the product, creating a better connection with moms, influencing them to purchase.

The Result
In just 5 months, we increased ROAS on Facebook campaigns from 170% to 300% and increased average order value by 46% sitewide. Sitewide conversion rates were tripled sitewide and email signups were doubled. And by overhauling transactional and marketing emails, we saw a significant increase in open, click and conversion rates.
